Order Cancellation

Need to change your mind quickly? Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 15 days of your product delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Sizing and Fit Policy

We want your Hello Kitty Pajamas to fit perfectly!

Customer Responsibility: Customers are required to check the size chart provided on the product page and order according to the desired size and measurements specified.

Scenario 1: Product Does Not Match Size Chart (Our Error) If the product you receive does not match the specified dimensions in the size chart (for example, if the item is labeled Large but measures as a Small), we take full responsibility and will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Scenario 2: Product Matches Size Chart But Does Not Fit (Customer Error/Preference) If the product does match the specified size chart dimensions but the item does not fit as desired (e.g., you ordered the wrong size), you may still return the item. However, please note the following:

  • The return shipping label must be paid by the customer.

  • The standard 8% restocking fee will be applied (see below).

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 8% will be applied to all approved returns and refunds, excluding cases where the return is due to our error (Scenario 1 above).

Getting Your Refund

Process:

  1. Once your returned item is received by us, we will notify you through email.

  2. We will issue the refund internally within 5 business days of receiving your return.

  3. You may choose to receive the refund through the same account you ordered the product from, or through a new account, details of which you’ll need to share with us.

  4. Once initiated, you will receive an email letting you know the transaction has been carried out.

Processing Time: While we process the refund quickly, your bank or payment provider may take additional time.

  • PayPal: May take 3 to 5 business days to process the transaction.

  • Credit Card Services: May take up to 30 days, depending on your card provider.

If the delay in receiving your funds persists beyond these timeframes, you are advised to contact the relevant credit card company or PayPal directly.

Canceling a Return Request

It is easy to cancel your return request. Simply reply to your previous return request email mentioning that you wish to cancel it.

Note: Once a return request is officially canceled, you will not be able to refile a request for that specific item.
